Looks Nice But Not recommended by us....

Avon customer service did not return calls...
We have met other people who have had problems with Avon...
We were recommended an Avon inflatable jet rib for a tender to use with our Sunseeker.....
After just twelve months the tube underside of boat has faulted. The joints on the tube have basically peeled away from each other, now the boat is obviously out of order. We have also had problems with the gearshift and throttle.
The problems became evident whilst on our annual holiday in Mallorca, we chose an Avon jetrib for our tender......
Nothing but trouble, now the shaft is rattling and sounds like it may pop through the deck!
We have just got the tender back from repair, the tube is fixed very well to be fair but the gear shift is still faulty, the prop shaft is loose. The most annoying thing is that we have been messed around by Avon, Sierra Oscar and Jet Tech in Mallorca. Collection and delivery times were just man Yana....
We were without our tender for two and a half weeks for a repair that apparently only took 2 days, this was due to Avon not supplying the part, Oscar Sierra not collecting/delivering when they said they would - A massive breakdown in communications!
If I would have known how long the repair was going to take i would have just bought another tender, living on a 65ft boat without a tender is like living out of town without a car.
Records of problems and records of calls to Avon representatives to resolve problems will be listed.......
